To correct your assumption, the website that exists today (your link) is the REASON we organized Toronto TransitCamp. The site is TERRIBLE. The ideas of TransitCamp participants were, of course, much better. The TTC has not yet issued an RFP for the new site. We wait patiently for signs of change.
