PSF published a version <a href="http://www.publicsectorforums.co.uk/page.cfm?pageid=2341@" rel="nofollow"> here </a>.<br><br>"‘Accessibility’ has become a catch all phrase diffusing the specific meaning of disability into a generality. The impact on eGov is that it distorts the way we produce websites."<br><br>This was at a time when there were endless conferences discussing accessibility - and literally nothing about usability.<br><br>Guilt and morals are nothing to do with it -- everybody else starts by building usable, customer-focussed websites and we will carry on failing people until we start doing the same.<br><br>P.S.
